Centrally located in the heart of Point Lookout, Frenchman’s Cottage is a classic 3-bedroom Straddie beach house offering relaxed coastal living. Enjoy ocean glimpses from the new deck and take in sweeping 220-degree views of the Pacific Ocean from the unique whale watch tower. Directly across from Frenchman’s Beach and a short walk to the North Gorge Walk, Main Beach and local whale-watching lookouts, this cottage is perfectly positioned for your North Stradbroke Island getaway.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom includes two bunk beds, and the third bedroom offers a king single with trundle and access to an upstairs study area with air conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and fridge/freezer, and the living space includes a SMART TV, CD player and WiFi. A newly renovated bathroom and convenient laundry with top-load washer and dryer complete the interior.

Ideal for families, the fully fenced backyard includes a kids’ playground, wood-fired BBQ, small gas BBQ and outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower and off-street parking. Pets may be considered on request (outdoors only). Tenants are required to supply firewood.
