Step out the side gate and straight down the stairs to Cylinder Beach (lifeguard patrolled year-round), or take the forest track from Cutter Street to Deadman’s Beach, a dog-friendly off-leash area. With both beaches accessible without crossing a road and shops and cafés just a short stroll away, this location is unbeatable.

Light, breezy and beautifully designed for relaxed coastal living, the home features multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The newly renovated kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Polished concrete floors flow through the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, furnished with comfortable seating, big-screen TV, books, puzzles and games. Screened sliding doors open to a spacious, enclosed courtyard — fully secure for small children and dogs —complete with outdoor shower, large dining setting and gas BBQ. A sunny northern terrace offers the perfect breakfast spot after a morning swim.

Cutter St Lookout sleeps six guests across three upper-level bedrooms. There are two queen rooms — one with an ensuite and one with an attached bathroom — plus a third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms enjoy ocean views over Deadman’s Beach, are fully screened, and have ceiling fans, with the main queen bedroom also air-conditioned. Security-screened sliding doors allow for safe night airflow. An upper-level terrace overlooks the coastline, ideal for whale-watching or evening drinks.

The lower level includes a laundry with top-loading washing machine, dryer, trough and an additional toilet. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles.

Pets: Dogs are welcome by negotiation. Dogs must remain outdoors in the secure courtyard.
A $50 fee applies for courtyard clean-up, and an additional $50 will be charged if dogs are found inside.
